Government subsidy:
Full-time undergraduates of ordinary colleges and universities enjoy RMB 30,000 to 8,0000 in subsidy from the county government for housing purchase.
Full-time postgraduates enjoy RMB 200,000 in subsidy from the county government for housing purchase.
Full-time professional college (higher vocational) students in short supply enjoy a living allowance of RMB 5,000/year from the county government.
Full-time undergraduates of ordinary colleges and universities enjoy a living allowance of RMB 15,000/year from the county government.

Full-time postgraduates enjoy a living allowance of RMB 18,000/year from the county government.
PS: The living allowance is payable for a period of five years.

Remuneration
Principle: the salary level of employees is closely related to their positions, competence and work performance
Salary form:
Annual salary system: applicable to senior managers and some special employees
Piece-rate salary system: applicable to workshop operation of production system and other employees
Functional salary system: personnel outside the above-mentioned programme shall be subject to the structure of basic salary plus performance salary.
Probation salary: it shall be implemented in accordance with the contract or rules and regulations.
Salary structure:
Monthly Salary = Basic work + performance salary + benefit allowance + rewards and finesPart-by-part employees shall be accounted for according to the actual performance of workshop output

福利

Allowance:
Allowance shall be paid on a full-month basis for attendance exceeding 20 days in the current month; allowance shall be paid on a half-month basis for attendance exceeding 10 days but not exceeding 20 days; and allowance shall not be paid on a full-month basis for attendance not exceeding 10 days.
Length of service allowance: regular employees with two years' salary shall be paid according to the standard of RMB 50/year increment, with the upper limit of RMB 800. Employees return to the Company after leaving, the length of service is started from zero.
High temperature allowance: It shall be implemented according to the distribution system of the Company
Education allowance: Obtaining national education sequence diploma, doctoral degree and graduate degree enjoys certain education allowance, production pieceworkers enjoy junior college of RMB 50/month, and undergraduates enjoy RMB 100/month
Midnight meal allowance: Employees of two shifts and three shifts enjoy meal allowance

PS: The specific items and amount of employee benefits may be adjusted annually according to actual conditions, and the actual operation shall be subject to the announcement of the system and enterprise management department in that year.
